She holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Mississippi and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Osmania University. Roopa is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, a Certified Floodplain Manager, and recognized as an Emerging Leader in the industry.
